I tested the Super Speciosa Green Maeng Da kratom powder (100 grams) for 7 days.
I will take the recommended dose but experiment with taking more to see if I experience any negative side effects.
The recommended dosage is 1 teaspoon with water or juice and it’s advised not to exceed more than two servings in 24 hours.

day 1 and day 2
Day 1 of testing the best kratom:
The first day I took the recommended dosage of 1 teaspoon of the green maeng da kratom extract.
Opening the kratom powder it smelled exactly like Macha powder. The taste I was indifferent about, they suggest you can also mix with juice but I stuck to water because I’m sensitive to sugars.
It took about an hour for me to feel a slight buzz, similar to a smaller dosage of adderall.
The total effects last about an three hours. I didn’t feel uncomfortable, just a nice boost in energy.
One thing I did notice was even though I was focused I was also a bit silent but that was ok for me.
Day 2 of testing the best kratom brand:
I took the same dosage as day one but this time it took about an hour to kick in (probably because I ate food right before as well).
This time the buzz was much more intense, but the same feeling as yesterday. I noticed the feelings went away quicker but there was a lingering effect.
No side effects and I was able to speed through some work with no issues, so focus and clarity was all there.

day 3 and day 4
Day 3 of testing the best kratom:
By day 3 I double the dosage. I was low on energy and I thought similar to coffee, “just drink more”.
I drank 2 teaspoons of the kratom powder mixed with water and it took much longer to feel anything (2 hours). This time it was a very strong buzz similar to caffeine. No dizziness or increased heart rate but I felt like I had drank coffee for the first time.
I was moving very fast for the next three hours, super alert, but a bit too much energy for me to work at a comfortable pace.
I definitely liked day 1 and 2 better (I dosed a bit too much.
Day 4 of testing kratom:
I went back to the recommended 1 teaspoon but curious now that my tolerance was “stretched” a bit from double dosing the kratom the day before.
I was hit with a much calmer buzz perhaps the larger dosage yesterday knocked back my tolerance a bit.
This is by far the best day.
The final days of testing

Day 5 of testing the best kratom:
Now that I feel my tolerance was bit higher I went ahead and tried double dosing again to see if I had a better experience.
It was not uncomfortable like the first time I doubled dosed but I did get a headache along with the high energy caffeine-like buzz.
I noticed after the head ache passed I felt a calming in my muscles, but it’s hard to notice with all the extra energy.
Day 6 and 7 of testing:
I went back to experimenting with smaller and mid range dosages here. It was the same buzz I felt day 2 and 4.
I didn’t experience any negative side effects expect for a headache one day, but it was very small and went away quickly.
Verdict: Super Speciosa’s kratom works fast, last a good 3-4 hours but you definitely want to find the right dosage for you. The main benefits I got was increased energy and my body felt relaxed in the muslces. I would compare it to a stronger coffee and a weaker adderall.
The best way I can describe it is a silent but steady stream of energy.
